Typical signs of stomach pain
Stomach pain symptoms are often obvious, but in some cases, there are no specific signs, only dull abdominal pain.
Here are 5 typical symptoms of patients with stomach pain:
Epigastric pain
This is a common sign in patients with stomach pain. People with duodenal disease also have this symptom. Patients will feel dull pain and tightness in the abdomen, burning pain very uncomfortable.
Severe abdominal pain does not occur with epigastric pain. The location of stomach pain can be from the abdomen to the chest or spread to the back; usually occurs in one to two weeks in the early stages of the disease and recurs again and again. When the weather changes or the seasons change, the pain will reappear. If this condition persists, the patient will experience constant pain.
For people with gastroduodenal pain, epigastric pain is often meal-related and cyclical.
In patients with peptic ulcer disease, epigastric pain is often cyclical.
For people with stomach cancer, abdominal pain is not cyclical, but continuous.
For patients with duodenal ulcers, when fasting, the pain will appear.
For patients with peptic ulcer disease, when eating food will feel pain in the epigastrium, but when hungry, there is no pain.
