我們以整個家庭作為考量單位，設計適合青少年及兒童參與的戲劇活動。並以專業劇場技術設計者與工作者為基礎的「技術劇場」，結合學校與社區親子的教學資源，以「教育劇場」的形式推廣兒童創意戲劇教學、兒童行為劇，更以原創劇本及東方神話為基礎，創作結合造型藝術的兒童劇、青少年劇、小劇場 實驗劇等「表演劇場」，培訓專業的劇場技術與表演人才，實現「完全劇場」的理想！
