🇹🇼今天搭著統聯一路北上🚌

辦簽證、見朋友、吃頓飯，
再一路趕回台中。

一天來回，
光想就覺得累😆

還好有毛線和鉤針陪伴，
把漫長的車程變成自己的手作時光。

🇨🇦Took a bus up north today.

Visa paperwork, catching up with friends, a good meal, and then straight back to Taichung.

Just thinking about a same-day round trip sounds exhausting… and honestly, it was. 😆

Thankfully, I had my crochet project with me.
What could have been hours of travel turned into a little pocket of creative time.

每一趟奔波，都離新的生活更近一步。
Every trip brings us one step closer to our new beginning.🍁❤️

🇹🇼來跟大甲媽道謝，也來好好道別。🙏

把陪伴我們許久的進香旗帶回原位，
感謝媽祖娘娘一路以來的守護與照顧。

離開前，總想把那些熟悉的味道再好好記住一次。

廟口的蚵仔煎、鯊魚煙，
還有那杯從高中喝到現在的一路發綠豆沙珍珠牛奶。

原來最讓人捨不得的，
不是什麼山珍海味，
而是那些陪伴自己長大的味道、
放學後的青春回憶，
還有走到哪裡都忘不了的家鄉。

謝謝台灣給我的一切。
謝謝媽祖娘娘一路護佑。

帶著滿滿的感恩出發，

Today, we returned our pilgrimage flag and expressed our gratitude for all the blessings and protection along the way.

Before leaving Taiwan, I wanted to enjoy a few familiar favorites one more time:
an oyster omelet, smoked shark, and a green bean smoothie with pearls—the same drink I’ve loved since high school.

These aren’t just foods.
They’re memories of growing up, after-school moments, family gatherings, and the feeling of home.

Thank you, Taiwan, for all the beautiful memories.
Thank you, Mazu, for watching over our family.

🇹🇼芳療師的職業病發作中🤣

做甜點做到一半：
「嗯～好像可以加點檸檬🍋」

於是，
檸檬太妃杏仁脆糖誕生✨

濃濃奶香、焦糖香，
再加上一點清新的檸檬香氣，
完全是我喜歡的組合❤️

手作最大的樂趣，
就是把喜歡的味道通通放進生活裡。

🇨🇦Occupational hazard of being an aromatherapist… 🤣

Halfway through making candy, I suddenly thought:

“Hmm… this could use a little lemon.” 🍋

And just like that, these Lemon Almond Toffee Crunches were born. ✨

Rich buttery caramel, crunchy almonds, and a hint of fresh citrus aroma — exactly the combination I love. 💛

The best part about handmade treats is being able to fill them with all your favorite flavors and scents.

Sometimes, a little creativity (and a few drops of lemon) makes everything better. 😊

正式倒數一個月。

以前總覺得移民是很遙遠的事，
辦文件、整理家當、規劃學校、安排貓咪出國……

忙著忙著，
竟然已經走到飛機起飛前的最後 30 天。

期待新的生活，
也開始捨不得那些習以為常的日常。

有些告別不是轟轟烈烈，
而是每天默默地和熟悉的人事物說一聲：
「下次見。」🇹🇼✈️🇨🇦

兒子是我最大的手作粉絲。

每完成一個作品，
他總會第一個衝過來問：

「我也要一隻！」

而且願望還會越來越有挑戰性🤣

前幾天點名想要岩石皮克敏，
從那天開始每天放學回家第一句話就是：

「媽媽～我的岩石皮克敏做好了嗎？」

為了避免每天被追進度😆
趁著空檔趕緊完成！

看著小小一顆黑嚕嚕的岩石皮克敏誕生，
雖然眼睛呆萌呆萌的，
但收到的人可是期待到不行❤️

有時候最有成就感的，
不是完成作品，
而是看見孩子拿到時發亮的眼神✨

🇨🇦My son is my biggest handmade fan. ❤️

Every time I finish a new crochet project, he immediately says:

“I want one too!”

And somehow his requests keep getting more challenging 🤣

Recently, he asked for a Rock Pikmin.
Since then, every day after school he would ask:

“Mom, is my Rock Pikmin ready yet?”

So I finally found some time and made it before the daily reminders continued 😆

Seeing this little black Rock Pikmin come to life was fun,
but the best part is always seeing the excitement in his eyes when he receives it.

That’s the real magic of handmade gifts. ✨

手裡這杯在台灣 $40，
到了加拿大差不多變成 $150。

突然覺得，
現在每喝一口都在賺錢🤣

搬加倒數中，
開始認真珍惜那些曾經習以為常的小幸福。

🇨🇦Rainy day vibes ☔️

This cup costs about NT$40 in Taiwan,
but roughly NT$150 in Canada.

So technically…
every sip feels like I’m making a profit. 🤣

Counting down to my move to Canada,
and learning to appreciate the little things I used to take for granted. ❤️🧋
