「The R3寓所」是一個非典型的藝文空間，我們希望從這個空間出發，達成R3的三個核心精神：覺醒（Revival）、再蛻變（Reforming）以及關係（Relation）。我們希望透過活動與展演的舉行，喚醒參與者的美學之眼，增加參與者對於美學的覺察以及敏銳度。同時，我們的空間提供最大限度的自由，讓藝術家及藝文工作者能夠發揮他的最大創意及無限可能。最後，我們致力於關係的維持，秉持者關係美學的概念以建立藝術與大眾之間的對話。
