Day 2 at Trinbago Fest, Tobago took center stage and raised the energy ALL the way up!

From the sweet sounds of calypso and steelpan to dance, drumming and the infectious energy of soca, Nathan Phillips Square came alive with the rhythms, movement and culture that tell our story and move the world.

Then headline act Shurwayne Wi******er turned it all the way up, delivering an explosive performance that had Toronto moving! ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐ŸŽถ

And there was even more reason to celebrate! Secretary for Tourism, Zorisha Hackett, announced that direct flights from Toronto to Tobago begin October 25 making it even easier for our Canadian friends and diaspora to trade Toronto for Tobago, just in time to experience the energy of Tobago Carnival! โœˆ๏ธ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡น๐Ÿ‡น

From experiencing a taste of Tobago in the heart of Toronto to now having a direct route to our shoresโ€ฆthe connection just got stronger.

Tobago brought the rhythm. Toronto brought the vibes. And together, we made a scene! ๐Ÿ‡น๐Ÿ‡น๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ
