NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND NATIONAL EXECUTIVE ELECTIONS

In accordance with Article 25 of the Constitution of the Trinbago Unified Calypsonians' Organisation (TUCO), members are hereby notified that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held as follows:

Annual General Meeting
Date: Saturday 20th June, 2026
Time: 9:00 a.m.
Venue: NCC VIP Lounge, Queen's Park Savannah, Port of Spain

Members are further advised that the TUCO National Executive Elections will be held on Sunday 12th July, 2026.

In accordance with Article 9 1. (c) of the said Constitution, nomination for Executive positions will open at 9:00 a.m. on Monday 22nd June, 2026 and close at 12:00 noon on Saturday 27th June, 2026.

Nomination boxes will be placed at all TUCO Offices (North, South, East and Tobago), as well as at the TUCO Head Office located at #5 Rosalino Street, Woodbrook, Port of Spain.

Nomination forms will be available from Monday 8th June, 2026 at all TUCO Zonal Offices and the Head Office.

Members are reminded the deadline for payment of membership dues is Tuesday 30th June, 2026.
Kindly note that no extension of time will be granted, and only financial members in good standing will be eligible to participate in the electoral process.

TUCO further advises that additional information concerning both the AGM and the National Executive Elections will be communicated in due course.
