Through their creative vision, artists will help tell the continuing story of Trinidad and Tobago—our spirit, our culture, and our independence.

GIOD VIBES 👌🏾👍🏾👊🏾

Culture is where the Pan African Festival TT comes alive.

From African Liberation Day on May 25 to the grand finale on August 1, the Culture Pillar of the Pan African Festival TT showcases the richness, diversity, and creativity of African heritage through more than 25 events and programmes.

Each year, the Festival engages over 800 artistes, including musicians, dancers, actors, drummers, steelpan musicians, fashion designers, spoken word artists, storytellers, visual artists, and cultural practitioners, creating one of the largest celebrations of African arts and culture in the Caribbean.

From the electrifying UHURU Opening Night Concert and the Ewa Afrika Fashion Show to theatre productions, drumming, pan, dance, family experiences, and community celebrations, every event honours the legacy of our ancestors while celebrating the creativity of today's generation.

At PAFTT, culture is more than entertainment, it is education, identity, resistance, and celebration.

One of the 2026 costumes that I designed & created for the BELMONT EXOTIC STYLISH SAILORS (BESS) called , "Lost In Space".
It was played by Brian Lewis as part of the portrayal, "THE ODYSSEY OF JASON GRIFFITH".
