At GemGfx Animation Studios, we channel that desire into every frame we produce. Based in Trinidad and Tobago, we are a studio dedicated to the art of visual storytelling. While our foundation is built on years of professional graphic design, our primary engine is 2D Animation and Character Design. We believe compelling stories have the power to build better communities, and we combine technical precision with artistic passion to bring those stories to life.

📣 We're launching a multimedia graphic novel!

🙌 See the results of Project Fusion Junction — a six-month, transnational collaboration among teens from T&T, Jamaica, and Northern Ireland. This dynamic multimedia project explores the dystopian consequences of AI, the replacement of humanity, corruption, and survival.

👏Join us to celebrate the incredible work from our T&T teens, Caiden Francis, Alicel Ram, Amoy-Marie Lee-pow, Aijalon Best, Mikhaela Browne, Neeval Moosai, Sabella Paul, Jessica Balroop, Ethan Phillip, Kaeda Ramnarine, Hailey Lakatoo, Amara Chadee, Naiesha Bhagaloo, and Maria Martinez.

🙏Project Fusion Junction is an initiative of Bocas Lit Fest, run in partnership with Fighting Words Northern Ireland, and the Jamaica Book Festival, and sponsored by the British Council.

🗓️Running from Thursday 30 April to Sunday 3 May, the Bocas Lit Fest — now in its 16th year — is Trinidad and Tobago’s annual festival of books and writers (and the Anglophone Caribbean’s biggest annual literary event) includes discussions and readings, workshops, performances, open mics, music, and films — 50 events over four days — featuring close to 150 writers, speakers, and performers.
