Meet the experts guiding our journey! 🌿

I am thrilled to welcome two of Trinidad’s finest wellness practitioners to the stage on June 20th.

✨ Renee (Anugraha Yoga) - Bringing 30 minutes of soul-centered wellness designed to help you find grace in the chaos.

✨ Sridevi (Sacred Flow Yoga - Sridevi) - Guiding us through 30 minutes deep centeredness to help you tap into your internal sacred rhythm.

Two powerhouse women, two immersive sessions, one goal: your wellness.

They will be joined by me, Ved - I will facilitate a guided meditation to help you reveal the inner stillness, silence, peace and harmony that lies within you.

Finally my team and I will lead the entire group in a Mantra Healing session - where we will all chant mantras, be lifted by the higher vibrations of music and come together to bring a healing energy to our nation, and our world.
