Green Mill is an extremely important place for Poetry Slam culture. This is where poetry slam has been going on for over 30 years, hosted by it's founder. If this place did not exist, there would be no poetry slam. All the slam tradition's true birth was here. Today their wonderful staff need our help. Trust me, when this is all over, If you get a chance and go, as you are sipping your cocktail in an incredible and unique atmosphere where Al Capone used to, listening to jazz and poetry, you will say "I am glad I donated".
