This is the very first one of my new Pasha series. The intention of this series is to give a some of the Pasha's a contemporary look.

Mahmud Shevket Pasha (1856 – 11 June 1913) was an Ottoman general and statesman of Chechen origin, known particularly for his leading role in establishing the Ottoman military aviation program. He was Grand vizier of the Ottoman Empire from 23 January 1913 until his death by assassination.
