Moving Visegrad çağdaş dans koreografi rezidansı, Çekya, Macaristan, Polonya, Slovakya'yı içine alan Visegrad bölgesini ve kültürünü desteklemeyi amaçlayan 3. Visegrad-Türk Kültür Festivali'nin bir parçasıdır. 2017 yılı, özellikle dans sanatı alanında iki bölge arasında aktif bir işbirliğini ve kültürel değişimi işaret eder.

“Moving Visegrad” contemporary dance choreographic residency is

part of the 3rd Visegrad-Turkish Culture Festival that aims to promote the culture of the Visegrad region, including Czechia, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia. The year 2017 marks the start of an active collaboration with Turkey, a cultural exchange between the two regions by the means of art - or more specifically dance.

İzmir Tuna Günleri, V4 Orta Avrupa Filmleri gösterimi, fotoğraf sergisi, çağdaş dans gösterisi ve edebiyat söyleşisinden oluşan etkinlik serisi, 24–27 Ekim tarihlerinde

Moving Visegrad projesi, Visegrad ve Türkiye arasında diyaloğun başlatılması için iki coğrafya arasında köprü görevi görmesi amacıyla düşünülmüştür. Yüzyıllar boyunca tarihsel paylaşıma sahip olmalarına rağmen, iki kültür zaman içerisinde birbirinden uzaklaşmıştır. Bu projenin bir parçası olan rezidans da yok olmaya yüz tutan kültürel paylaşımları yeniden canlandırmak amacıyla düzenlenmiştir. //
Moving Visegrad was meant to be a start of a dialogue between two geographical regions of Visegrad and Turkey. Although sharing history for centuries, the two cultures became distant with the course of time. The two-week residency of the project was meant to reignite the lost cultural whirl.

Kornelia Binicewicz will make the night a bit longer this Friday at Pera Müzesi-Museum

* originally from Poland, Kornelia researches female singers' activity in popular Turkish music scene of the 60s, 70s and 80s. Moved to Istanbul to explore Turkish female singers - from psychedelic pop and rock, arabesque, tavern, Arabic and traditional, obscure folk tunes, all arranged in highly infectious groovy styles.

The event is organised withing the 3rd Visegrad-Turkish Culture Festival and is supported by the Consulate Generals of Czechia, Hungary, Poland, and Slovakia.

This program is presented in collaboration with the International Visegrad Fund.
