EArt, Y. Bahadır Yıldız’ın temsiliyetini duyurmaktan mutluluk duyar!
Y. Bahadır Yıldız (d. 1976, Eskişehir) Akdeniz Üniversitesi Güzel Sanatlar Fakültesi Heykel Bölümünden mezun oldu. Otobiyografik izler üzerinden yerel kültürel imgeleri işlediği çalışmalarında, soğan kabuğu, kına, hibisküs, duvar kağıdı, eski ev eşyası gibi malzemeler kullanarak evle organik bir bağ kuran Yıldız, mekanın hafızası üzerine çalışır. Son 10 yıldır ise, doğa-kent zıtlığı ekseninde ürettiği çalışmalarının sanayide gerçekleşen kısmı, insana ve onun habitatı olan kente odaklanır. Sanatçının galerideki ilk kişisel sergisi, 2026 sonbahar döneminde EArt galerinin yeni yerleşik mekanı Akaretler No:47’de gerçekleşecek.

EArt is pleased to announce the representation of Y. Bahadır Yıldız!
Y. Bahadır Yıldız (b. 1976, Eskişehir) graduated from the Department of Sculpture at Akdeniz University’s Faculty of Fine Arts. In his work—which explores local cultural imagery through autobiographical traces—Yıldız engages with the memory of a space, establishing an organic connection to the concept of “home” by utilizing materials such as onion skins, henna, hibiscus, wallpaper, and vintage household objects. Over the past decade, he has produced work centered on the nature-urban dichotomy; the industrial-scale aspect of this practice focuses on the human being and the city as a human habitat.
The artist’s first solo exhibition at the gallery is scheduled to take place in the autumn of 2026 at EArt’s new permanent venue, Akaretler No:47.
