The final meeting occurred and we have no issues with a week to go. Friday 8th we will set up the stand from noon and it is expected to take 2 to 3 hours. We can start to gather from 2pm setting up the food. Music system and running tests. Plan is to be complete for 4pm . Those wishing to parade will be bussed to the start by the council, setting off at 5pm. The parade will arrive 5.30 to be met by the piper and children at the village entrance. There will be welcome speeches for a half hour with the event opening at 6pm.
Scotland are first up performing at 7.30. Rew will be slotted in at some point earlier subject to the availability of the horse.
