We are thrilled to officially open the Freedom 250 Garden at Uma Amerika @ UNTL! This vibrant space is more than just greenery; it is a symbol of growth, shared history, and the enduring partnership between our nations as we look toward the future.
This milestone was made possible by the dedication of our incredible community. We extend our deepest gratitude to the U.S. Embassy Dili for their continued support in fostering educational and cultural exchange, and to the Directors of UNTL for their leadership and vision in making our campus a place where innovation and nature thrive together.
A massive shout-out also goes to our amazing 2026 Uma Amerika Interns! Your tireless work, creativity, and energy were the driving forces behind this project. From the first shovel in the ground to the final unveiling, you have shown exactly what passion and teamwork can achieve. We are so proud of the work you’ve done to build something lasting for your fellow students.
