From childhood memories in Nepal 🇳🇵 to the vibrant flavors of Thailand 🇹🇭, our charming bartender 𝗦𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗿 Sagar Shrestha is bringing his journey to the Campari Red Hand Competition 2026! 🔴✨

Introducing 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗺 (meaning Meeting Point).

Inspired by “Titaura”—a sweet, sour, salty, and spicy Nepalese childhood snack—Sagar realized early on that contrast creates harmony. He brought this philosophy to life by blending Thai tamarind, bright citrus, and the iconic bittersweet heart of Italy: Campari. 🇮🇹

🌶️ The Experience: It starts with the awakening warmth of a chili foam and ends in perfect synchrony with a carbonated orange-tamarind cordial, Bulldog Gin, and Campari.
