Lethal Ink Tattoo is looking for a confident, friendly, and English-speaking Customer Service & Sales Staff member to join our team in Pattaya.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, creating great customer experiences, and working in a fast-paced creative environment.
Salary & Benefits
* Base salary: ฿20,000/month (฿15,000/month in probation)
* Monthly shop performance bonus (after probation)

Responsibilities
* Welcome and assist customers in the studio
* Communicate confidently with Thai and international clients
* Follow up with online inquiries and bookings
* Support tattoo artists during appointments
* Capture photos and videos of tattoos
* Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
* Help create an outstanding customer experience every day
Requirements
* Thai nationality, age 20+
* Confident English communication skills
* Friendly, positive, and service-minded personality
* Organized, responsible, and punctual
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
* Eager to learn and grow
Preferred
* Experience in customer service, beauty, hospitality, or tattoo studios
Work Schedule
* Full-time
* 5 days per week
* 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM
* Based in Pattaya
