From the final calculation on the factors and focus group illustrated its important for food, cultural study and medicine in community of Uganda. Furthermore, Uganda’s farmers are still concerning on knowledge and household income. The suggestions of them are how to controlling many pests and much diseases which be the cause of hygiene, quality and vigor.

Banana is a economic crop in the East Africa countries which the most population growing for commercial, food and income because banana contains a lot of nutrition. Banana Xanthomonas Wilt disease is the result from Xanthomonas bacteria which recently widespread in Central Africa. The bacteria comes from insects, birds, and bats. The most farmers are using the high labour standard and disease control labs that being costly and wasted time.

‘The best solution is to grow banana with clean seed’ ( cite on Thomas-Sharma et al. 2016 ), this would reach to no-disease of growing banana and rising in products. In addition, the up-killing of technology knowledge in Central Africa could help many countries in the ares of economics, climates, and agronomisms.

To what extend how to solve the problem in a diversity society.

Nowadays, our society has become diverse not only the cosmopolitan but culture and religion also refugees had extended recently in the world after pandemics. To find the solution of complexity problems, citizen need to concern on the roots of barriers and area of public research. On this research paper, I will writing on the focus of Energy Concerning, Changing in Technology and Stochastic Dynamic Programming. These three areas are the objective of our recent world society and need to be understand before solving many barriers in our un-classify social.

Firstly, we will describe on the Energy Concerning. Brook and Bradshaw ( 2015 ) state that much of power both natural and unnatural has been spent for the recent society because of an increasing in population and businesses. The energy such as coal oil and gas could be worry for the amount of supply for the next generations. However, new generations support that energy should recyclable and safe in processing of production and they referred to the historical to reject the nuclear energy.

From the statistics before the year 2011 the usage of Coal, Oil and Natural Gas is more than 80% and it is the cause of greenhouse effect, climate change, longterm heath effect and energy-security barriers, because of the process of firing the fossil fuels and coals. After the year 2011, from the research shows that it is the electricity popular “hy-droelectric dams supplied the largest nonfossil compo-nent (15.8%), followed by nuclear (11.7%), wind (2.0%),biomass (1.9%), and solar power (0.3%) (IEA 2013)” and therefore the demand of energy is being skyrocketed from time to time. In contrast, the world is affected a lot from the pollution and unhealthy environmental because some society need the low cost energy which cause the much pollution and unwanted gas. The solution is that the cost of energy should be reasonable and reliable. For fossils fuel and nuclear power, the government should subject the maximum rank in uses and balancing the production of uses.

To conclude, on our current society, fossil fuels are still necessary yet the Industrial Revolution. Moreover, energy in uses should be recyclable and processing safety.
