"สมเสร็จ" 𝙎𝙤𝙢𝙨𝙚𝙙 - 𝕋𝕖𝕞𝕡𝕠𝕣𝕒𝕣𝕪 ℂ𝕦𝕝𝕥𝕦𝕣𝕒𝕝 ℂ𝕖𝕟𝕥𝕖𝕣
โครงการนี้ สร้างขึ้นโดยศิลปินชาวอิตาลี Giacomo Zaganelli สำหรับ Thailand Biennale 2021 Korat - ประกอบด้วยการเปลี่ยนแปลงชั่วคราวของพื้นที่ของอดีตบ้านพักสาธารณสุขในโคราชในสถานที่ที่มุ่งเป้าไปที่ชุมชนท้องถิ่น
พื้นที่ว่างสำหรับสมาคมและบุคคลในท้องถิ่น ซึ่งชุมชนจะมีโอกาสรวบรวมและทำงานร่วมกันเพื่อเป้าหมายร่วมกัน

ยมีลักษณะการใช้งานที่ไม่ใช่เชิงพาณิชย์/การบริโภคเชิงบริโภค

เป้าหมาย:
• ส่งเสริมแนวคิดในการดูแล อันที่จริง
ืพื้นที่ที่ถูกปล่อยร้างและสามารถนํากลับมาเปิดใชไ้ด้อีกครั้งเป็นเพราะ
อาสาสมัครท้องถิ่งนผู้ให้การดูแลตลอดงานTBK
• เพื่อส่งเสริมความหลากหลายทางวัฒนธรรมให้เป็นค่านิยม
• เพื่อส่งเสริมการสร้างพื้นที่ส่วนรวมที่ปราศจากการใช้แบบเชิงพาณิชย์
• เพื่อส่งเสริมความร่วมมือกันและการทํางานร่วมกันระหวา่งบุคคลและองคก์รส่วนท้องถิ่
นเพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมายร่วมกัน
• เพื่อเน้นยํ้าความสําคัญของมรดกทางวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นโดยริเริ่มจากการนําทรัพยากรที่ไม่ได้ใช้แล้วนํากลับมาใช้ใหม่
• เพื่อส่งเสริมการสร้างเครือข่ายในระดับท้องถิ่น/ระดับชาติ/และระดับนานาชาติ
• เพื่อตรวจสอบว่า มีพื้นที่ว่างเท่าไหร่ที่
ีสามารถใช้โดยส่วนรวมได้
• เพื่อเปิดใช้งานและเร่งกระบวนการตามชุมชน,ปลูกฝังการใชเ้วลาว่างเพื่อให้เกิดประโยชน์ร่วมกันยกเว้นวัตถุประสงค์เชิงบริโภคนิยม
The project - created by the italian artist Giacomo Zaganelli for the Thailand Biennale 2021 Korat - consists in the temporary transformation of the spaces of the former Public Health Accomodation House in Korat in a place aimed at the local community: a temporary cultural center free for the collectivity. A free space for local associations and individuals, where the community will have the possibility to gather and to collaborate for common goals. A place where to present a different doing and thinking, characterized by non commercial/consumistic usage. Giacomo Zaganelli’s participation at the Thailand Biennale 2021 Korat is supported by the Italian Council, Directorate-General for Contemporary Creativity, Italian Ministry of Culture

• to promote an idea of taking care. Indeed, the space is abandoned and it will be re-activated thanks to the local volunteers who will take care of it during the TBK
• to promote the culture of diversity as a value
• to promote the creation of a collective space free from any commercial usage
• to promote the collaboration and cooperation among individuals and local organizations for a common goal
• to highlight the importance of the local cultural heritage, beginning from the re-use of unused resources
• to promote the networking on a local/national/international scale
• to investigate in how many manners a free place could be used by the collectivity
• to activate and accelerate a community based process, cultivating the free time usage for common interests exempt from consumistic purposes
