Hello dear friends!
We're back after a little break — full of energy, warmth, and inspiration to return to what we love most: gentle, conscious water work with children and families.
If you’re new here or it’s been a while, here’s a little reminder of what we offer:
👶 Baby Aquatherapy (6–12 months)
This is not just swimming — it’s therapeutic movement in warm water. We support the baby’s posture, breathing, and sensory development in a gentle way, through close contact, natural rhythms, and deep trust between baby and parent. It’s a time of bonding, regulation, and subtle body work.
🧒 Infant Swimming (1–2.5/3 years)
At this age, children begin exploring the water more actively. Through play, songs, and intuitive movement, we help develop water orientation, breath control, confidence, and motor skills — always attuned to the child’s emotional and physical signals.
🐬 Swimming from 3 years old
Here we focus on natural skill-building. We don’t follow rigid teaching scripts — instead, we follow the child’s body, curiosity, and pace. The foundation is joy, safety, and body awareness. If needed, we include elements of aquatic body therapy.
🏊♀️ Swimming technique / skill refinement
For older children who are ready to improve their swimming skills, I offer technique-focused sessions with a body-aware approach — combining breath, flow, and natural alignment in the water.
🐋 Freediving for kids (from 6 years old)
Children naturally love to dive and hold their breath! Our freediving sessions are playful and safe, focusing on relaxation, body control, and the wonder of being underwater.
👨👩👧👦 Family Freediving
A unique opportunity for parents and kids to explore the underwater world together. No phones, no rush — just pure presence, trust, and shared experience. It’s about building a deep connection with your child, one dive at a time.
If you feel that this might resonate with your family — message us. We are happy to answer questions and help you find what’s right for your child 🌊
