To celebrate Songkhla as an UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy, Poco Loko has invited Sainam, Isariyaporn Phongchinda — Bartender at Khaoya Archive (Former Head Bartender at GIR & Finalist, Giffard Cocktail Competition 2024) from Khaoya Archive will be crafting 4 unique cocktails using Songkhla produced Nakin & Anong gin Nakin Beverage mixing local seasonal ingredients and regional Thai flavors into classic drink structures, showing appreciations to the local Thai produces 🌱

Nakin & Anong Gin are premium local craft spirits produced by Nakin Beverage in Songkhla, Thailand. Distilled using a modern distillation tower with locally sourced ingredients like palm sugar, pomelo, torch ginger flower representing the Sating Phra Peninsula heritage, it captures the unique flavor profile of Southern Thai craftsmanship.
