HOPSYARD was delighted to welcome a group of master’s students from Japan participating in an exchange program with the School of Agro-Industry, Mae Fah Luang University.
This off-site “Homebrewing 101” workshop offered participants hands-on learning, covering brewing ingredients and the beer-making process, the fundamentals of fermentation and food preservation, and a guided beer-tasting session focused on understanding aroma, flavor, and the characteristics of different beer styles.
Our sincere thanks to the faculty members for giving us the opportunity to share our knowledge, and to all the students for their enthusiasm and active participation throughout the workshop.
