For many years, Thapae East has been more than just a venue to us.
It has been a home for music, art, conversations, late nights, first performances, reunions, and countless memories. We've watched artists take their first steps on our stage, seen strangers become friends, and witnessed a community grow around a shared love of creativity.
Places like this are shaped by everyone who has walked through the doors—every audience member, artist, organiser, staff member, neighbour, and friend who believed that Chiang Mai deserved spaces where culture could thrive.
Today, we’re opening the next chapter.
We’re looking for the right people to carry Thapae East forward, someone who understands what this place has meant to the community and who sees the potential of what it can become.
Whether you envision continuing it as a live music venue, a cultural space, a café, a creative hub, or something entirely new, we’d love to speak with people who genuinely care about preserving its spirit.
This place has been a huge part of our lives, and we’re incredibly grateful for everything it has become.
We believe the strongest communities continue to evolve, and we’re excited to see the people who will take Thapae East forward and shape its next chapter.
