Music that Transforms into Future Opportunities 🎻✨

We are deeply moved and grateful to share the final result of "The Little Swan" concert, held on September 19, 2026.

Thanks to the overwhelming generosity of our audience and donors, we have successfully raised and delivered 30,400 THB for the “Tunyong Sudmueangnuea” who play ‘The Swan’ (ต้นหยง สุดเมืองเหนือ) fund.

This entire amount will go directly toward providing educational scholarships for young Tanyong's brighter future. 🎓💖

From all of us at ‘Chiangmai Serenade String Orchestra’ thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making every note played count toward a noble cause. 🙏🦢

What is a Concerto? 🎻✨

The ultimate musical conversation between a soloist and a full orchestra.

In classical music, a concerto is a powerful composition built on contrast and drama. It puts a single soloist—whether a violinist, pianist, or cellist—front and center, engaging in a dynamic dialogue with a full orchestra.

It’s where breathtaking technical skill meets deep emotion. The soloist leads with brilliant virtuosity while the orchestra surrounds them with rich harmony and power, creating an unforgettable live experience.

Join us to feel the passion, energy, and elegance of live concertos in person! 🎼

Mozart’s Piano Concerto No. 21 (2nd Mvt): The Story Behind "Elvira Madigan" 🎹✨
Ever wondered why the breathtaking Andante from Mozart’s Piano Concerto No. 21 in C major (K. 467) is universally known as "Elvira Madigan"?
Here is the quick story behind one of classical music’s most dreamlike melodies:
🎬 The Origin: The name wasn't given by Mozart. It comes from the award-winning 1967 Swedish film Elvira Madigan, which used this movement as its central love theme. The film’s global success forever tied Mozart's music to the name "Elvira Madigan."
🎼 The Masterpiece: Composed in Vienna in 1785, the piece features a floating piano melody over gentle, muted strings—effortlessly blending pure serenity with subtle emotional depth long before modern film scoring existed.
Experience the timeless beauty of this iconic piece live! 🎻✨
