Meet our neighbours – Jay Loei, her family owns the shop house next door. She’s lived in the neighbourhood for 50 years now. Out front of her shop house, she sells produce from her farm. Whenever it’s in season she makes small batches Mamuang How Manao Ho juice with a touch of honey, usually selling out before the day ends.

Soi Wanit 2 is always bustling with all sorts of street vendors, bringing with them the freshest produce of the season.

Meet our craftsmen – UDon aka R’Don. He’s been on the building team at the Sheraton Hotel for 23 years. On the weekends, he picks up projects he loves, purely for the love of what he does. A master in colour matching and texture creation, we worked closely with him to execute all the colours and textures you see at 965.

Meet our neighbours – Pa Lek sells mini pancakes right across the soi from us. She’s been selling pancakes since 1966, although she previously sold around the Sampeng area. Now, she says she can’t cart her cart all the way there, so has been selling across 965 for the past 8 years. She locks her trolley to the lamp post next to our curved walls.

We’ve been in restoration for the past 6 months. Through this process, we’ve had a lot of craftsmen and merchants walk through our doors. We got our Indian Cork tree and our frangipani tree from a small plant nursery Bang Bua Thong.
