About the artists ⬇️
➡️Maxim Thach began hip-hop dance before joining Anthony Égéa’s Révolution training program from 2012 to 2014, where he developed his technique by exploring various academic dance styles. In 2014, he met Abdou N’Gom and took part in the revival of Same Same by Cie Stylistik. The following year, he joined Mourad Merzouki’s Kampus project Répertoires as a role understudy, before collaborating again with Abdou N’Gom on the creations Tact and Falang. In 2016, he joined Cie Révolution for the creation Les Forains and Cie DARUMA for [1/10 sec.]. In 2018, he continued with Cie Chriki’z in the creations PoTestateM and Dé(S) Formé)s, before joining Cie Käfig in 2019 for the revival of Pixel.
➡️Paul Thao, born in 1984 in Nimes, began breakdancing at the age of 14 within his family. After numerous workshops with hip-hop legends such as Storm, Poppin Taco, Junior Almeida, and Ronnie from Full Force Crew, he broadened his practice by exploring other disciplines. Building on these experiences, he began teaching in
2003. In 2006, he joined the MIX company, then the Groove company, before becoming part of the Evasion company in 2007, with which he toured across France until 2011. That same year, he was selected as a dancer for the American film Planet Bboy. In 2015 he joined the artistic team of Pixel.
