Bangkok Combined Choir and Orchestra proudly announces its final program of this concert year— an enduring tradition that has lived in the hearts of audiences for 7 decades— 'Messiah 2025 Concert.'

This year, the evening opens with a tender prelude of ‘Still On My Mind,’ one of Thailand's most-cherished royal compositions by His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej, offered in loving remembrance of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, The Queen Mother— a tribute to a life whose legacy remains, still felt, still remembered, still on our minds.

Under the distinguished direction of Charunee Hongcharu, BCCO’s Music Director and Conductor, the concert will be enriched by exceptional soloists from around the world:

🎵Calling Musicians for BCCO Messiah Christmas Concert 2025🎵

Dear Musicians,

We are excited to invite you to join us for this year's Handel’s Messiah Christmas Concert 2025!

This special performance will bring together musicians who share a love for great music and joyful celebration.

We're looking for:
- Violin
- Viola
- Cello
- Double Bass
- Oboe
- Bassoon
- Trumpet
- Timpani

Newcomers:
1) If you didn’t take part in the audition for the Mid-Year Concert 2025, please come for a short audition so we can arrange the seating plan properly.
2)Please prepare one short piece of your choice that shows your playing skills to play at the audition.

Audition: Thursday, 16th October, at 17:00-18:00 @ Mater Dei School.

First Rehearsal:

🎶BCCO Messiah 2025 – First Rehearsal and Audition Tomorrow!🎶

The season we’ve all been waiting for is here!
Tomorrow, Sunday 28 September, marks the first rehearsal of this year’s Messiah.

📍 Venue: Evangelical Church of Bangkok, Sukhumvit 10
🕓 Rehearsal Time: 4:30 – 6:30 p.m. (Hall opens at 4:00 p.m.)

Parking is at Benjakitti Parking Space (except singers requiring accessibility, who may park at the church).

For new voices:
🎶 Tomorrow is the last chance to audition for this year’s Messiah!

Audition Time: 3:00 – 4:30 p.m. (Ground floor)

Please note: only auditionees are allowed in the audition room.

After tomorrow, registration for newcomers will close.

🎶 Introducing 'BCCO Mid-year Concert 2025: Haydn’s The Creation' 🎶

This June, witness one of the most awe-inspiring masterworks in the choral-orchestral repertoire as Bangkok Combined Choir and Orchestra (BCCO) presents Joseph Haydn’s The Creation — a majestic celebration of Him and 'His creation,' the universe’s birth through music, spirit, and light.

✨ First performed by BCCO in 1973 and 2009, this 2025 concert will be the first-ever complete, unabridged performance of The Creation in BCCO history.

Inspired by the Book of Genesis, Psalms, and Milton’s Paradise Lost, Haydn’s thrilling oratorio leads us from chaos into order, with vivid musical depictions of roaring seas, glowing sunrises, majestic creatures, birds in flight, and the dawn of humanity. It’s one of the Enlightenment’s greatest musical testaments — dazzling, dramatic, and deeply moving.

🎼 Led by our esteemed Charunee Hongcharu, BCCO’s international choir and orchestra unite with four accomplished soloists to deliver this three-part journey:
