มีแหล่งข่าวบอกว่าทีม Patriots ให้พนักงานระดับล่างๆ (เดาว่าพวกพนักงานทำความสะอาด) เข้าไปในล็อคเกอร์รูมของทีมเยือนเพื่อขโมยแผนการเล่นต่างๆ
