“The Architecture of Serenity: Calibrating Mass, Greenery, and Reflection at the Chumphon Sanctuary.”🌊⛰️

สัจจะแห่งที่ว่างผ่านปรากฏการณ์ธรรมชาติ "360 Panorama View Residence" บ้านพักส่วนตัวระดับ Ultra-Luxury ในจังหวัดชุมพร ของท่านผู้บริหาร Honda Bigwing รูปแบบบ้าน Modern Tropical ที่แยก Mass สถาปัตยกรรม (Mass Fragmentation) เพื่อเปิดให้ธรรมชาติแทรกเข้าสู่ทุกฟังก์ชันอย่างลื่นไหล ผสานองค์ประกอบของกำแพงหินคราฟต์ ทิวไม้ธรรมชาติ และผืนน้ำจำลอง (Water Features) ที่ทำหน้าที่ลดทอนความร้อน สร้างมิติสะท้อนของแสงเงา (Play of Light & Shadow) เพื่อสัมผัสแห่งความผ่อนคลาย สงบ และเป็นส่วนตัวขั้นสุดในทุกองศาการมองเห็น

True architectural luxury is found in the calibrated dialogue between structure and the native ecosystem. For the 360 Panorama View Residence in Chumphon, MET Studio formulated an immersive living grid where architectural mass, mature greenery, and dynamic water features function as a single atmospheric catalyst. The master plan strategically rejects solid enclosed blocks, instead implementing a sophisticated fragmentation of volumes to capture prevailing winds and maximize 360-degree environmental exposure.
The interior and exterior thresholds are dissolved through expansive glass apertures and cantilevered planes, allowing the manicured landscape to bleed directly into the core living matrix. By integrating raw stacked-stone feature walls alongside continuous infinity pools and pristine micro-streams, the design filters harsh daylight into soft, rhythmic reflections. This integration of porous spaces lowers microclimatic temperatures, turning every functional pocket into a secluded, resort-inspired sanctuary tailored for daily emotional restoration and private luxury comfort.

จากแนวความคิดเรื่องการคลี่คลายสุนทรีศาสตร์ความงามแห่งสายฝน สู่การวางผังแม่บทคลับเฮ้าส์และ Space ส่วนกลางของ "JAIMAX Condominium" ทั้งอาคารคลับเฮ้าส์และ Sale Gallery ที่ใช้เป็นส่วน Co-Working Space บริเวณด้านหน้าโครงการและตั้งอยู่ริมคลองสาธารณะ เพื่อให้ได้สัมผัสถึงปรากฏการณ์ธรรมชาติของ 'สายฝนโปรยปรายผ่านทิวไม้' ผ่านระแนงประดับแนวตั้งสไตล์โมเดิร์น (Parametric Screens) เพื่อกรองมิติแสงเงาและสร้างสภาวะผ่อนคลาย (Microclimate) ให้ลูกบ้านรับรู้ได้ในทุกจุดทางสายตา การจัดวาง Space เน้นความลื่นไหล (Spatial Fluidity) ตั้งแต่โถงลอบบี้ชั้นล่าง ยกลอยเชื่อมต่อขึ้นสู่ห้องฟิตเนสชั้น 2 และทอดตัวยาวต่อเนื่องสู่สระว่ายน้ำคอร์ทกลางด้านหลังอย่างต่อเนื่อง พร้อมการวางผังอาคารพักอาศัยให้ล้อมคอร์ทส่วนกลาง ส่งผลให้ยูนิตภายในสามารถเทควิวสวนและสระว่ายน้ำได้อย่างทั่วถึง ในขณะที่ยูนิตภายนอกเปิดรับทัศนียภาพแบบเปิดโล่งพาโนรามา มอบมูลค่าและมุมมองที่ดีที่สุดให้กับทุกยูนิตของโครงการ

The architectural narrative draws profound inspiration from the ephemeral visual poetry of rainfall cascading through a dense forest canopy, masterfully translating the fluid lines of water and soft interaction of light into the building’s envelope through a calculated, rhythmic composition of soaring vertical fins.
This rain-inspired facade articulation is comprehensively integrated into the waterfront clubhouse, sales gallery, and central lobby core situated at the property’s edge along the public canal. The design orchestrates a seamless vertical spatial continuous: leading residents from the high-volume ground lobby, fluidly transitioning upward to the second-floor fitness glassbox, and expanding directly into the secluded resort-like central pool courtyard. By strategically configuring the residential blocks around these multi-layered amenity courtyards, the master plan ensures that every single unit is optimized for premium environmental exposure—granting inner apartments full cinematic views of the sculpted oasis while ensuring outer residences capture unobstructed, expansive panoramic horizons. ✨

We are incredibly proud to debut the first look at our latest re-facade masterpiece: the total transformation of Honda BigWing Buriram. Having served as the original architect responsible for the inception of this landmark facility, MET Studio returns to orchestrate a visionary re-facade concept that injects a high-octane, futuristic vibe directly into the heart of the city—redefining Buriram not just as a racing hub, but as a premier destination for modern lifestyle and high-prestige architecture.

This ambitious renovation moves far beyond traditional showroom aesthetics. Activating a "kinetic energy" philosophy, the design employs a dramatic, multi-layered parametric double-skin screen. This porous metal mesh filters dynamic internal lighting by night, turning the entire structure into a glowing, 360-degree beacon in the urban matrix.

The primary visual priority of this chapter is the activation of THE TOWER - CAFE & HANGOUT, which serves as the vibrant social anchor directly adjacent to the main high-performance motorcycle display. We have choreographed this entrance sequence to act as a porous interface, merging the thrill of the BigWing world with Buriram’s burgeoning contemporary dining scene.

To enhance the property's ecological value, our concept deeply infuses green architecture and sustainable systems. The perforated kinetic skin actively filters solar radiation to reduce thermal load, while creating dynamic light pockets that eliminate the conventional generic "big box" store feel. Moving into the main interior matrix, the space optimizes spatial intelligence, utilizing expansive fenestrations and high-performance volumes to create a restorative yet electric domestic comfort for families and enthusiasts alike. Serving as the crown jewel of the Khao Pattaya Development Plan, this high-altitude civic landmark challenges conventional viewpoint infrastructure, creating an iconic, high-prestige destination engineered to redefine the city’s visual identity and tourist sequence.

The architectural language embraces an organic, fluid geometry that curves effortlessly along the natural topography, mirroring the continuous, rhythmic motion of Pattaya’s coastal waves. The structural envelope features a bespoke balustrade system integrated with smart linear LED illumination that flows along the perimeter matrix—evoking the intricate, self-luminous bioluminescence of natural coral reefs. Suspended weightlessly in mid-air, the Skywalk offers an uncompromised immersive threshold where visitors can fully engage with open sunlight, mountain breeze, and the dramatic drama of Pattaya’s world-renowned golden sunset.
