Pilgrimage, Cover Illustration for La Vie magazine no.261

Pilgrimage, in the sense we’re familiar with, is a journey of the spirit - a departure from the life we know toward places we have never been. Each of us discovers our own life along different paths. We may travel outward to new landscapes, or realize that the journey of seeking has been within us all along.

This illustration reflects pilgrimage in the context of contemporary life. It blends real landscapes with imagined ones to express this idea: whenever we set out on a journey, no matter how far we go, we are also traveling through the inner world within ourselves.

Pilgrimage ในความหมายที่เราคุ้นเคย คือการ “ออกเดินทาง” บนเส้นทางของจิตวิญญาณ การก้าวออกจากพื้นที่ชีวิตที่คุ้นเคยไปสู่สถานที่ที่ยังไม่เคยไป แต่ละคนค้นพบชีวิตของตนเองผ่านเส้นทางที่แตกต่างกันออกไป เราอาจออกเดินทางไปยังพื้นที่ใหม่ หรืออาจพบว่าเส้นทางแห่งการแสวงหานั้นอยู่ภายในเรามาตลอด

ผลงานภาพประกอบชิ้นนี้สะท้อนการเดินทางแบบ Pilgrimage ในโลกสมัยใหม่ โดยผสมผสานภูมิทัศน์จริงและภูมิทัศน์ทางจินตนาการ เพื่อสื่อว่าเมื่อมนุษย์ออกเดินทาง ไม่ว่าจะไกลแค่ไหน ก็เป็นการเดินทางในโลกภายในของแต่ละคนด้วยเช่นกัน

PAPER MATTERS ที่จัดโดย KPP-Antalis Thailand งานของทุกคนน่าสนใจมากใครว่างอยากชวนมาดู และมาเจอกันงานเปิดวันเสาร์ที่ 27 ช่วง 14:00 นะครับ รอบนี้ได้เอางานชุด ’Regeneration‘ กลับมาสำรวจและมองมันใหม่ ผ่านการเลือกใช้ ‘กระดาษ‘ และ ’การพิมพ์’ ผลงานและตัวอย่างงานพิมพ์ที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างทางจะนำไปจัดแสดงด้วย 👀✨
นิทรรศการ PAPER MATTERS จัดแสดงที่ Mana Art Gallery ตั้งแต่วันที่ 26 กันยายน - 5 ตุลาคม 2568 โดยมุ่งเน้นความสำคัญของ ”กระดาษ“ และ ”การพิมพ์“ในฐานะวัสดุที่มีชีวิต มีเรื่องราวและเต็มไปด้วยพลังในการสื่อสารโดยจะพาผู้ชมไปสำรวจความเป็นไปได้เชิงสร้างสรรค์ของกระดาษผ่านผลงานจากศิลปิน 5 ท่านในหลากหลายสาขา เพื่อยืนยันว่า ”กระดาษยังคงสำคัญ“

‘Growing in Between’ represents the attempt to grow amidst uncertainty by using forms and lines that are unstable and incomplete. The trace of thought among the external/internal transformation is portrayed through the brushstroke which left untouched. The collection conveys the in-between self growing both physical and mental.
