These past few weeks have been such a roller coaster. The pandemic that has taken over the world disrupted every thing for most everyone!
I love to travel and had some exciting plans for #2020, first up was New York for a friend's birthday. The big trip of the year though was Ecuador. Not only did we get outrageously cheap flights but I was going to see so much nature, culture and especially food. Unfortunately I had to cancel. Ecuador is extremely hard hit by the virus. It's very sad what's going on there right now.
We must keep moving forward, there's nothing to change by looking backwards. Even though I had to cancel both trips, I'm already dreaming of where to go next.
I hope everyone stays safe and healthy.

Thailand was such an adventure! Bangkok to Chiang Mai to Koh Lanta. It was the perfect mix of city, jungle and beach!

Sagrada Familia is an imposing church that has been under construction👷🏾 since 1852. This famous church was designed by great Spanish architect Antoni Gaudi, and has been building and expanding for the last 168 years 🎉
It is scheduled to be completed in 2026... 100 year after the death of Guadi.
It is such an immense presence, imposes it's will. Inside you are humbled by the space and light within. The peaceful in the church is palpable.
Go check it out! You get to take a tour that explains the history of how the construction began. The models and drawing designs are incredible.

Keep Austin Weird! It's a saying that truly defines the city. I was in Austin last year for a quinceanera and it a great time! This was a children's charity parade, the Storm Troopers were a nice touch.
We started wondering around on those electric scooters and happened upon the parade... Who would have thought 🤷🏽‍♂️🤗
If your in Austin, Texas hit up . Great food and a super chill rooftop where we watched the parade from. Try the different tacos, they're mouth watering.

One of favorite sayings in life is that 1% of life is what happens to you and 99% of how you respond. How you respond all starts with your point of view.
It took a 9km hike through the forest in Northern Thailand to reach this village. The villagers welcomed us into their lives for the night. I can remember around and noticing no running water. Solar panels and batteries were the only source of electricity. Chickens🐔, pigs🐷 and cows🐮 roamed the village
Simplicity:living off the land is what these native Thai people do on a daily basis. This gave me PERSPECTIVE on how simple life really can be.

Scott's Cheap Flights✈️ is a key to traveling the world on a budget. You can get insanely low flight prices. I getting so excited for my trip to Ecuador in May, I used .
All you have to do is set your home airport and give them your email. Then you wait for the emails to roll in. Once you have a trip that interests you, you have to act FAST 🔥 or you'll lose the deal!
I'm going round trip from to .ecuador for $388!!! What a steal, it just leaves more room in the budget to explore such a diverse Ecuador.

South Beach is the epitome of Miami... Most people just go to South Beach and never actually make it to the actual city of Miami.
Go visit little Havana and get some super authentic Cuban food... It's fire 🔥🔥
Another hidden gem of Miami is Wynwood walls. Very hip/artistic and perfect place to hang out for the night.
I was there in Dec and here are some of the pictures I took of the murals. They're so varied and it's such a vibe..
This South Beach map is a great custom map, that helps me remember to take the time to enjoy the little things.
Its soo easy to get stuck in your routine. And forget about the experiences you get when you travel.

Chinatown in Bangkok, Thailand🇹🇭 is a wonderful and beautiful place. It has retained its' eithic origins.
One of my favorite things was to just wonder the small alleys, never really knowing what was going to be around the corner. Everything from phone charger📱 of every kind (I bought on) to clothes, fake and real jewelry 💍.
Dont even get me started on the street food, it's really out of this world. Anything you want if you wonder enough you'll find it.
