Humans perform based on roles on the stage of time, much like a movie that plays on repeat endlessly.
Number1Gallery proudly presents a solo exhibition “Man’s Theatre” by Pongpon Preechanon. The exhibition invites viewers to explore and critique the transition between the rise and fall of humanity, trapped in an inescapable cycle of struggle, belief, war, and losing, which repeats itself from the past to the present, from witch hunts to battlefields, and from glorious civilizations to ruins.
The paintings in this exhibition serve as a testament to the drama of the 'Cycle of Humanity,' inviting viewers to contemplate the whirlpool of life, driven by faith and desire, which forms the backdrop of a play that continues to repeat on the wheel of eternal time.

นัมเบอร์วันแกลลอรี่ ร่วมด้วยศิลปิน ปองพล ปรีชานนท์ นำเสนอนิทรรศการ “Man’s Theatre โรงละครแห่งความเป็นมนุษย์” เชื้อเชิญผู้ชมร่วมสำรวจและวิพากษ์รอยต่อระหว่างความรุ่งเรืองและความล่มสลายของมวลมนุษย์ ผู้ติดอยู่ในวงจรแห่งการต่อสู้ ความเชื่อ สงคราม และการสูญเสียอย่างมิอาจหลีกเลี่ยง ซึ่งดำเนินซ้ำแล้วซ้ำเล่าจากอดีตสู่ปัจจุบัน จากการล่าแม่มดสู่สมรภูมิรบ และจากอารยธรรมอันรุ่งโรจน์สู่ซากปรักแห่งธุลี
ผลงานในนิทรรศการครั้งนี้ เปรียบเสมือนประจักษ์พยานแห่งนาฏกรรมของ 'วัฏจักรแห่งความเป็นมนุษย์' ชวนให้ผู้ชมได้ใคร่ครวญถึงวังวนชีวิต ซึ่งถูกขับเคลื่อนด้วยศรัทธาและกิเลส อันประกอบสร้างเป็นฉากละครเรื่องเดิมที่ยังคงเล่นวนซ้ำอยู่บนกงล้อแห่งเวลาชั่วนิรันดร์
