Alright, imagine this: I'm finally getting some peace at this fancy restaurant after the woman at the next table, who was talking so loud I could barely think, quieted down. I’m now ready to enjoy my evening. Everything’s fine until I catch a glimpse of my waiter, a young guy standing by the kitchen window. And then…I see it. HE SPITS RIGHT INTO MY FOOD! My stomach flips, and rage hits me like a freight train! I can’t believe what I’d just seen.
Without thinking, I jump up, heart racing, storm into the kitchen, and slam the door open. I shout, voice shaking with anger:

Well, it was a hard three years. When my wife, Ruby, gave birth to our two sons, she spent about two months with them and then rushed back to work. At that time, I switched to working from home, so I was okay to be the kids.
In a few months, I found myself not just working and taking care of our kids, but also cleaning and cooking, as Ruby came home saying she had no energy and didn't want to do any chores. Meanwhile, I didn't want to live in a dirty house.
Then, the kids went to kindergarten, but Ruby still felt that I had to do all the chores. I didn't even have time to meet my friends. Recently, my mom brought lasagna for me (she never visits on a weekday), and was confused.
She'd never seen me cooking and cleaning at the same time, especially after I'd just picked up Ruby's clothes from the dry cleaners. She was like, "What the hell? Do you do this all the time?"

Alice had always shared a special bond with her grandfather Bill, unlike her brothers, who seemed more interested in his wealth. So, when she found out she had inherited only an old barn, while her brothers, Jake and Ashton, received his house, she was taken aback. Her brothers laughed openly at her misfortune.
Later, when Alice fell on hard times, she hoped her brothers might lend a hand. "Do you think I could stay at Grandpa’s house for a while?" she asked.
Ashton shrugged, "Sure, if you’re willing to pay rent."
Jake added with a smirk, “Otherwise, it’s the barn for you, Alice,” chuckling as she left.

Every day, my elderly neighbor, Mrs. Madison, who's pushing 80, would arrive and leave at the same time as me—or so I thought. But then I noticed something strange: she never actually leaves her car. Curiosity got the best of me, so I walked over and saw her bundled up in a blanket, sleeping in the front seat. The back was packed with boxes of groceries.
