ในโลกที่มีมนุษย์เป็นเหมือนจุดสูงสุด ของบรรดาดาเหล่าสิ่งมีชีวิต ทั้งที่เผ่าพันธุ์ของเราสร้างแต่ปัญหาและความวุ่นวายต่อ โลก การใช้ชีวิตประจําวันที่ส่งผลต่อระบบนิเวศน์ เบียดเบียนธรรมชาติ จึงเป็นไปได้ว่าหากสัตว์บางชนิดมีวิวัฒนาการอย่างต่อเนื่อง จนมีคุณสมบัติ ความสามารถและสติปัญญา ที่เทียบเคียงกับมนุษย์สัตว์ชนิดนั้นจะต้องมีหน้าตาและร่างกายเป็นไปทางทิศทางไหน จึงมีการใช้ลักษณะเฉพาะของสัตว์ที่ใกล้เคียงกับมนุษย์มากที่สุด นั่นคือวานรซึ่งเป็นสัตว์ที่เปรียบเสมือนตัวแทนธรรมชาติ ข้าพเจ้าจึงหยิบยกลักษณะเฉพาะของวานร มาออกแบบเป็นตัวละครทั้งสาม ที่จะเป็นตัวแทนของธรรมชาติเพื่อต่อต้านเหล่า มนุษย์
