หนึ่งใน Curator ของนิทรรศการ The Aesthetics Heritage “คุณเกี้ยว - ประคำกรอง วชิรวรภักดิ์” ชวนทุกคนมาร่วมสำรวจความงามและคุณค่าของศิลปวัฒนธรรมไทย ผ่านมุมมองที่ไม่ได้มอง “มรดก” เป็นเพียงเรื่องราวจากอดีต แต่เป็นสิ่งที่ยังคงมีชีวิตและเดินทางต่อผ่านผู้คนในปัจจุบัน

นิทรรศการ The Aesthetics Heritage ถ่ายทอดแนวคิดผ่าน 4 คำสำคัญ (มรดกร่วม, ความรู้สึกเป็นส่วนหนึ่ง, ความเป็นเจ้าของร่วม, การดูแล รักษา และส่งต่อ) ชวนมองย้อนกลับไปถึงสายธารของงานศิลปะ งานช่าง วรรณกรรม ดนตรี สถาปัตยกรรม และงานสร้างสรรค์ในสังคมไทย ที่ได้รับการดูแลและส่งต่อจากรุ่นสู่รุ่น ตั้งแต่รัชกาลที่ 4 จนถึงปัจจุบัน และชวนมองต่อไปว่า… เราจะมีส่วนร่วมกับมรดกเหล่านี้อย่างไร เพื่อให้ความงามจากอดีตยังคงมีความหมายในอนาคต มาร่วมสำรวจ The Aesthetics Heritage ผ่านมุมมองของคุณเกี้ยวและทีม Curator พร้อมค้นหาความหมายของ “มรดกร่วม” ที่อาจอยู่ใกล้ตัวกว่าที่คิด

One of the Curators of The Aesthetics Heritage, Pracamkrong Vajirravarabhakti, invites you to explores four interconnected ideas: Shared Heritage, Cultural Belonging, Shared Ownership and Stewardship from recognizing what we share, to belonging, taking ownership and embracing our responsibility to care for and pass it on.

The exhibition traces the continue of aesthetic values in Thai society, sustained and passed on through the roles of the Thai monarchy and members of the Royal Family, from the reign of King Rama IV to the present day. Through art, craftsmanship, literature, music, architecture and creative expression, these legacies have become part of a cultural landscape we recognize, cherish and share.

The art of Thai dressing lies in the delicate techniques of pleating, folding and draping fabric creating elegant forms that reflect beauty, craftsmanship and tradition. Sriwiang Heritage House invites you to experience “The Art of Thai Traditional Draping” through a hands-on workshop with Peeramon Chomdhavat (Kru Big), a renowned expert in traditional Thai costume and design. Learn the art of preparing and draping fabric, from the Chong Kraben and Jeeb Na Nang to the Sabai and traditional waist wrapping. Featuring techniques revealed for the first time! By the end of the workshop, you will be able to master dressing yourself and confidently assist others, ensuring a correct, neat and elegant look.

✨ Workshop Details 26 September 2026
• 13:00 PM - Registration
• 13:20 PM - Begin with a guided tour exploring four traditional fabric-wrapping techniques, presented as an exhibition throughout Sriwiang Heritage House, followed by a Q&A and discussion.
• 15:00 PM - Hands-on practice: Learn and practice traditional fabric-wrapping techniques on the upper floor.
• 4,500 THB per person

✨ What You’ll Learn: The principles and techniques of traditional Thai dressing through hands-on practice, including how to dress yourself and assist others.

1. Thai-patterned wrap cloth - 3.5 × 1 m
2. Soft waist sash - 50 × 280 cm
3. Sabai (shoulder drape) - 1 piece

More than just companions, animals have long reflected human thoughts, beliefs, and memories through art and mythology.
