🙌🏻 We’re super excited to share an amazing learning opportunity for anyone interested in classical singing!

🇮🇹 In this Italian Opera Masterclass, Fabio Armiliato guides Asia’s new voices. Bel Canto International brings the magic of Italian singing tradition to young talents in Thailand!

Thailand has a vibrant classical music scene, with conservatories, academies, and universities devoted to the art. Yet opportunities for young singers to train at true international standards remain rare.

This is where Bel Canto International comes in: a new project designed to give promising Asian opera singers the chance to refine their technique and develop their artistry under the guidance of one of the most acclaimed tenors of our time, Fabio Armiliato.

“Bel Canto is not just about technique — it is about telling stories, sharing emotions, and touching people’s hearts. I am thrilled to bring this tradition to Bangkok and to work with such talented young singers,” says tenor Fabio Armiliato.

The project is taking place in Bangkok with a series of masterclasses and a final showcase concert where young singers will perform alongside Maestro Armiliato, offering audiences a unique opportunity to experience the richness of Italian opera tradition in Thailand.

📣 Bangkok Youth Opera is recruiting for our upcoming 2025-26 season! Since our establishment in 2021, we've produced opera including Le Nozze di Figaro, Dido and Aeneas, and La cambiale di matrimonio.

👀 We're now looking for 14-17 dedicated young professionals (ages 15-25) to join our dynamic team across 10 different roles, including:

* Marketing Strategy and Sales

* Procurement and Sponsorship Coordinator
* Cultural Programming Specialist
* Scenic Artist and Set Designer

〰️Bangkok Youth Opera presents the main event of its 2025 season: W.A. Mozart’s Le Nozze di Figaro ✨

🧡 Performances will take place on
• August 21 at 7 PM
• August 23 at 7 PM
• August 28 at 7 PM

🏛️ At CU Music Hall, Chulalongkorn University

🍊Bangkok Youth Opera returns this year with a full-scale production of Mozart’s Le Nozze di Figaro (The Marriage of Figaro), the full orchestra will be led my maestro TRISDEE NA PATALUNG, one of Thailand’s foremost expert in 18th century music and directed by the brilliant CHUTIMTA PUTTIKULANGKURA who is making her first major foray into opera. DARREN ROYSTON also returns to choreograph. 🎶

Baritone Jorn Yasavudhi stars in the title role, alongside Punyanuch Wattanavinin and Pishayatan Sungvornvetchaparn who alternates as Susanna. The mesmerizing Slovak soprano Barbora Michalcovská sings the countess and opposite her, John Tneoh as her husband the Count. Thanmika Sumrankit also makes her role debut as Cherubino. The supporting cast also includes star singers such as Barbara Zion as Marcellina and Krittathad Pisutthiwong as Bartolo.✨

🎶 กว่าจะมาเป็นโอเปร่าเรื่องนึงได้ ต้องอาศัยแรงจากหลายฝ่าย ไม่ว่าจะเป็นทีมงานเบื้องหลังฉาก ทั้งทีม stage, set, costume, make up และ subtitle จนกระทั่งนักดนตรี นักร้อง คอรัส และ ทีม creative อย่างวาทยากรและผู้กำกับ ทุกคนล้วนแล้วแต่ทำงานอย่างสุดใจในโปรดักชั่นนี้ 🔥
