We provide friendly and supportive fine art instruction for kids, teens & adults. Attic Studios provides specialist, but fun art classes for adults and children (5 years up), all lessons taught by real artists. Our art classes will teach you a unique balance of artistic technique while discovering the freedom of your authentic self-expression. A DECADE OF GLOBAL CREATIVITY

Our art studio has a long, colorful history, right in the bustling heart of Bangkok.

Our ever-expanding community of artists, expats and world travelers has been providing an inspiring atmosphere of creativity for over ten years inside Attic’s cozy three floors. With an internationally diverse crowd of artists of all skill levels, ranging in age from 4 to 104, there’s sure to be room for your unique aesthetic inclinations. The only prerequisite for joining is an open mind and a desire to get creative. Our place is a special gem amongst the urban sprawl, as indeed we are a truly global art studio.

We’re passionate about all forms of art, and do our best to provide you with the tools, techniques and support to bring your vision out of your head and onto canvas!

WHAT WE CAN DO FOR YOU

We host a variety of workshops and lessons throughout our packed schedule, with a particular emphasis on the fine arts side of self-expression.

Some topics we frequently cover include: Oil Painting for all levels, Observational Sketching and Life Drawing with experienced models, expressive Acrylic Painting, bright and lively Pastels, and Kids Art Camps every Saturday. Oh, and the semi-regular Japanese Woodblock Printing workshop too!

We’re also happy to arrange private events. We’ve got extensive experience hosting everything from children’s birthday parties to corporate team-building, bachelorette celebrations and everything between. Short story, if you want it to happen at Attic, we’ll draw up the blueprints.

WHAT DO YOU WANT TO SAY?

Making art is a process. Whether it’s a Renaissance reproduction in oil, an abstract acrylic expression, or a landscape rendered in charcoal, the finished work we share with our world is only the outcome of the experience of creating the work itself. That learning process is what makes up the best memories in your creative journey. We believe that the time you spend with us in our fully stocked studio will be full of fun and inspiration. From using new materials, wrapping your head around some theory, and visualizing your art coming to life, we will provide a guiding hand to make sure you know just how to say what you want with the colors on your palette. Don’t fear making that first brush stroke, as we will set you along on your way towards a work of art you can uniquely call your own.
