How long must we carry this pain?
When our land was invaded, when innocent lives were lost, when families were torn apart, and when so much was taken from us through power and force—those wounds did not disappear when the fighting ended.
Years may pass. Generations may come and go. The world may move forward as if history belongs only in the past.
But for those who remember, the scar never truly fades.
We can forgive. We can choose peace. We can look toward the future.
But seeking peace does not mean forgetting what happened, and remembering does not mean seeking revenge.
All we ask is for truth to be remembered, for the suffering of innocent people to matter, and for justice to be given—not because one side is richer or more powerful, but because every human life and every nation deserves dignity and justice.
When will we finally see justice?
Perhaps one day, history will speak louder than power.
Until then, we remember.
We endure.
And we hope. 🥀
Time can pass, but some scars are never erased.
