- 50 g Roasted Peanuts
- 2 Limes
- 1 Mango
- 10 g Celery
- 20 g Spring Onions & Coriander
- 2 tbsp Fish Sauce

- 2 tbsp Fish Sauce
- 1 tbsp Coconut Sugar
- 2 tbsp water
