Position: Bar Cashier & Bartender (Hybrid Role)
Working Hours: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM

The Golden Cue is looking for a reliable, honest, and energetic Thai national to join our team in Karon! This is a hybrid role combining cash handling with drink preparation in a vibrant tourist environment.

💰 Compensation & Benefits / เงินเดือนและสวัสดิการ
Base Salary: 500 baht per day or 300 baht (with accommodation)
Daily cash tips (Shared floor pool)
Lady Drinks: 100 baht for staff.

📋 Key Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
Cashier Duties: Manage the POS system, process cash/card/QR payments, and balance the daily till accurately.

Bar Duties: Prepare and serve beers, soft drinks, and standard cocktails to international guests during busy periods.
Guest Service: Provide warm, friendly service and handle billing queries professionally.
Station Upkeep: Maintain absolute cleanliness and security at the bar and cashier counter.

👤 Requirements / คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
Nationality: Thai National only (สัญชาติไทย).
Experience: Prior experience with restaurant/bar POS systems AND basic cocktail-making/bartending skills is highly preferred.
Language: Good conversational English (must be able to take orders and explain bills to foreign tourists).
Availability: Must be comfortable working night shifts (up to 2:00 AM), weekends, and holidays.
Attributes: High integrity, punctual, trustworthy, and a strong team player.
