🚫 The Prophetic Verdict on the One Who Severs Ties Through Gossip

Hudhayfah ibn al-Yaman (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that he heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say: The qattat shall not enter Paradise. Sufyan, one of the narrators in the chain, explained that the qattat is the person who engages in namimah, which is the act of carrying speech between people to cause discord and enmity among them. In another narration recorded by Imam Muslim, it is reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was once sitting with us when he said: There will soon come to you a man from this mountain pass who is one of the people of Paradise. Hudhayfah said: Then a man from the Ansar came, his beard dripping with the water of wudu, and he had his sandals hanging from his left hand. He prayed two rakahs and then sat down. The next day, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said the exact same words, and that same man appeared again. On the third day, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) repeated the prophecy, and the man appeared a third time. After the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) stood up to leave, Abdullah ibn Amr followed the man and said to him: I have had a disagreement with my father and I swore that I would not go to him for three days. If you allow me to stay with you until those three days are up, I would like to do so. The man agreed. Abdullah ibn Amr stayed with him for three nights and observed that the man did not do anything extra in terms of worship, such as praying at night, except that when he turned in his bed, he would remember Allah and say Takbir until he stood up for the dawn prayer. Abdullah noted that the man never spoke anything except good. After three nights, Abdullah asked the man what the secret was behind the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) mentioning him three times as being from the people of Paradise. T

💎 The Prophetic Sequence of Purification for the Ritual Bath

Aisha, the Mother of the Believers, may Allah be pleased with her, narrated that when the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, performed the full ritual bath from the state of major impurity, he would begin by washing his hands three times. Then, he would pour water with his right hand over his left hand and wash his private parts. Following this, he would perform ablution just as one performs it for the prayer. Then, he would take water and pour it over his head, rubbing his hair until he felt that the skin of his scalp had been reached and thoroughly moistened. After that, he would pour water over his entire body, starting from the right side and then moving to the left side, ensuring that the water reached every part of his skin, including the hidden areas. Finally, he would move away from that spot and wash his feet separately. This was the manner in which the Prophet of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, would cleanse himself completely, ensuring that purity was achieved in accordance with the divine mandate of the Lord of the Worlds, leaving no part of the body untouched by the water of purification.
