Before we start the sound bath we will open our hearts with a cup of mindfully prepared pure cacao and plant milk. Followed by an inner work session to be fully present for this experience 🙏🏾

Yesterday we had the Mommy and Kiddie Yoga and Brunch event 🥰✨🍃

It was a small group, but we enjoyed the time so much!
Children bring a lot of joy and they are always welcome at .oso 🥰

guided the yoga session with very energetic and curious babies🥰momma made delicious banana pancakes topped with fruits and apple wedges 🤤 and a special açaí smoothie by 😍🌸✨🍃
