Máme veľkú radosť z úspechu Andrey Blahovej, ktorá je súčasťou tímu Pohody aj pražského kolektívu Heartnoize Promotion. Prestížny IQ Magazine ju zaradil do výberu The New Bosses 2026, ktorý každoročne predstavuje 20 najvýraznejších mladých profesionálov a profesionálok formujúcich budúcnosť medzinárodného koncertného a festivalového sveta.

Na Pohode sa Andrea od roku 2023 stará o artist hospitality a počas festivalu vedie približne 30-členný backstage tím, ktorý pripravuje zázemie pre domácich aj zahraničných umelcov a umelkyne.

We're thrilled about the success of Andrea Blahová, who is part of both the Pohoda team and the Prague-based collective Heartnoize Promotion. The prestigious IQ Magazine has included her in this year's selection of The New Bosses 2026, an annual list showcasing 20 of the most outstanding young professionals shaping the future of the international concert and festival world.

At Pohoda, Andrea has been in charge of artist hospitality since 2023, and during the festival she leads a backstage team of around 30 people who prepare everything for both domestic and international artists.
