CGIs are a great way to visualise a project during the design phase, and it’s something we’re regularly approached to help with. Just recently we were recently contacted by an architect and private client to visualise this upcoming project in a rural setting.
Getting involved early meant the client could identify and request some important design changes before construction began. These included removing the fascias and soffits, changing the window designs and moving the whole building forward so it lined up with the garage.
Changes like these can be difficult to judge from drawings alone, but a realistic CGI makes it much easier to see how the finished design will look.
Making these changes before construction starts is far easier than trying to deal with them once work is already underway.
