Photoport PHOTOPORT vznikol z potreby upozorniť na tvorbu mladých fotografov.

Zameriava sa na podporu súčasných mladých fotografov a ľudí pracujúcich s médiom fotografie, vytvára priestor pre ich tvorbu a prezentáciu. Občianske združenie Photoport podporuje rozvoj záujmu o médium fotografie publikačnou činnosťou, organizovaním workshopov, výstav, konferencií, prednášok a pod. Podporuje nadväzovanie kontaktov a spoluprácu na projektoch so zoskupeniami podobného zamerania dom

a aj v zahraničí. PHOTOPORT is a civic association which supports photographers and people working with photography media by creating conditions for their work and its presentation. The goal of the association is to popularize art photography by means of publication, organizing workshops, exhibitions, conferences, lectures and establishing contacts with groups of similar focus at home and abroad.
