⠀⠀⠀⠀moving water,
⠀⠀⠀touching earth.
Moving between us.
⠀⠀You can’t see it,
⠀⠀⠀you can feel it.

⠀But on the last day of Butik,
we swear you could see it too.🌀

THANK YOU for this magical edition. Nature performed some wild manoeuvres to make the sun shine on us, the artists held us captive on the dancefloors, and you danced until the very end. Nature, music and people — the healing triangle — left our hearts full.

We feel love.💘

When strangers

⠀⠀⠀When the body forgets

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Mountains shaped slowly.
⠀⠀⠀⠀Rivers carved their paths.
Forests grew,
⠀⠀collapsed,
⠀⠀⠀⠀and grew again.
⠀⠀⠀⠀And for a brief moment,
⠀⠀it shelters us too.
⠀⠀ We walk across it
as if it belongs to us,

Between the river and the dancefloor, this year’s extra program brings conversations, films, football, and a few other things to discover along the way.

At the centre of it are two Butik Talks in the Living Room, exploring curiosity, creative journeys and the ideas behind the artists:

Curiosity in Motion: A conversation with Ciel and Eli Verveine

A new addition this year is the Kino space, which will also be running throughout the festival, screening documentaries on the history of different music scenes, a few film classics, and the FIFA World Cup semi-finals for those who don’t want to miss them. You can find it right next to the main entrance, near the Hangar.

And on Thursday, we’re adding something for the wine lovers. Tim from Ducal Winery will lead two intimate tastings through seven Slovenian wines, paired with local cheeses – a small introduction to Slovenia’s rich wine culture.

With just a few days to go, we’d like to share a small reminder about something that’s always been important to us.

The atmosphere at Butik doesn’t happen by accident. It’s something we all create together — through the way we treat one another, the dancefloor, and the place that welcomes us each year.

On the dancefloor, we encourage everyone to be as present as possible. Keep phone use, filming, and photography to a minimum, and be mindful that not everyone wants to appear in someone else’s video. You’ll still see our photo and video team around the festival documenting the event for Butik. If you’d rather not be included, please say hello and let them know – they’re always happy to respect your wishes.

The dancefloor is also a space for listening, moving, and sharing the music together. If you find yourself settling into a longer conversation, there are plenty of beautiful places around the festival to catch up without taking away from someone else’s experience.

Most importantly, be kind, respect each other’s boundaries, and look out for one another. We want Butik to remain a place where everyone feels welcome, safe, and free to be themselves.

⚠️ Important news for everyone still looking for a ticket – and for those selling one.

With the festival getting closer, we’ve updated our resale system to help tickets find new owners faster.

From now on, tickets listed for resale can be purchased directly, which will make the turn around faster. If you’re looking for a ticket, keep an eye on the resale platform (link in bio)  – newly listed tickets will appear there and can be purchased immediately.

If you currently have a ticket listed for resale in the waiting list, please note that you’ll need to relist it, as existing listings won’t be transferred automatically to the new system.

Between the river and the dancefloor, you’ll find plenty of other ways to spend your days at Butik. Alongside the marketplace, we’ll once again be hosting a selection of workshops and classes, ranging from yoga and bodywork to movement sessions, upcycling, and other creative practices.

Joining us this year: Maruša Bajželj, Saša Bohinc, Leazvonar, GEORGIA MARSHALL, , , and Nina Sajovec

And if your body needs a little extra care after a long night, FIZIOLOFIJA will be offering massage therapy sessions every day from 10:00 to 18:00. Reservations can be made at their stand near the marketplace.

All workshops are free of charge and open to everyone. You can find the full workshop schedule in the festival app.
