Even though Festival Mesto žensk // City of Women Festival 2019 is at its end, Kinds of Pressure exhibition of Alicja Rogalska's work in Škuc Gallery, is open until October 18. ✨

Today and tomorrow there will be a performative guided tour: Oblike pritiska: performativno vodstvo.

Čeprav se Festival Mesto žensk // City of Women Festival 2019 končuje, vam naslednji teden pripravljamo še nekaj dogodkov. Ne spreglejte razstave Alicja Rogalska: Oblike pritiska v Škuc Gallery, ki je odprta še do 18. oktobra. V ponedeljek in torek bo potekalo tudi Oblike pritiska: performativno vodstvo. se nadaljuje!

Even though City of Women is at its end, there are still couple of events left. Don't miss out on Kinds of Pressure exhibition in ŠKUC Gallery, that is open until October 18. On Monday and Tuesday there is a performative guided tour. lives on!

Looking Back to Look Forward highlights works, artists and conversations from the City of Women archive that take a critical view on labour conditions and gender equality in relation to the spread of global capitalism, through collective action, poetic protest, and solidarity, including documentation from the archive but also original artworks and videos available to view for the limited time the exhibition is online.

Big thank you to: Moderna galerija, Mesto žensk and all artists included in the exhibition.

Tomorrow! We are super excited to have Kristina Leko and Katja Praznik join us at Škuc Gallery for 'Bite the hand that "feeds" you: Social works of resistance in City of Women's past, present and futures', where we will also launch our online exhibition of works from the City of Women archive 'Looking Back to Look Forward'.

Kristina Leko will talk about her 10 year project documenting the Milkmaids of Zagreb 'Cheese and Cream Project, 2002-2013' and Katja Praznik will be sharing some of her research on labor issues in the arts during the demise of welfare-state regimes.
