❌ PROJET EXPÉRIENCE PROJET ❌

Tako kot Il Triello, predstavljen na lanskem festivalu Spider, ni bil niti koreografsko niti zvočno delo, tudi Il Triello podaljšan ne pade v eno samo kategorijo. Gotovo pa predstavlja uresničenje želje avtorjev, da bi namesto izpostavljanja individualnih virtuoznosti našli skupno podlago delovanja med glasbenikom in plesalcem.

Lisa, Thaïs in Tom se zopet srečajo v enaki postavitvi, kot jo je prikazal Il Triello, srečanje pa predstavlja izhodiščno točko za njihovo novo-staro raziskovanje. Še vedno jih združuje želja po skupnem delu, prav tako po nehierarhičnih in nedisciplinarnih pristopih. Njihova konceptualna in performativna postavitev se osredišča okrog enega samega konkretnega dejanja, ki spodbuja interaktivnost in bližino med nastopajočimi ter ponovno rojstvo soodvisnosti.

❌ PROJET EXPÉRIENCE PROJET ❌

Just as Il Triello, presented at Spider 2020, was neither a choreographic nor a sound piece, Il Triello extended likewise doesn't fall into any single artistic category. But what it certainly represents is a realisation of its authors' wish to find a common ground of action between a musician and a dancer, rather than to push forward their individual virtuosity.

Lisa, Thaïs and Tom meet again with the same set-up of Il Triello as it was conducted for last year's Spider and take their encounter as a starting point of their new-old research. The necessity of working together in an anti-hierarchical and anti-disciplinary way is still what gathers them. Their conceptual, as well as performative set-up revolves around a single concrete action, thus encouraging direct interaction, proximity between the performers, and a rebirth of co-dependency.

Nous sommes les heureux bénéficiaires de la résidence aidée en musique et création sonore, du dispositif annuel mis en place par Les Polyculteurs. Nous y serons du 2 au 15 août!

🕐🕑🕒 PEP : l'historique 🕓🕔🕕
Il y a deux ans, nous étions sur la scène de Sophiensaele à Berlin dans le cadre du festival LUCKY TRIMMER.
C'était le début de PEP à l'international, mais aussi de PEP qui se dit "peut-être que notre truc ça peut devenir un vrai truc".
Nous sommes très reconnaissant.es envers l'équipe de Lucky Trimmer pour nous avoir fait confiance, car c'est l'évènement qui à insufflé un élan à PEP qui continue sa course jusqu'à aujourd'hui 💨; envers les artistes si singuliers avec qui on a partagé la scène pour ces trois représentations 🧜‍♀️; envers le public enthousiaste et attentif, mais aussi envers la dame qui a crié STOP au bout de 3 minutes de représentation😘; envers le doux soleil de Berlin au printemps🌞

Two years ago, we were performing at Sophiensaele in Berlin, for the LUCKY TRIMMER festival.
It was PEP's first time abroad, but also when we realized that our thing could be... a thing.
We are very grateful that the Lucky Trimmer team invited and trusted us : this event was the glue that still holds PEP together to this day 🖇 ; that we shared the stage with amazing and one-of-a-kind artists 🧜‍♀️ ; that the audience was so enthusiastic, but also for the lady who yelled STOP after 3 minutes of our performance 😘; and that springtime in Berlin was wonderful 🌞

En 2017, Projet Expérience Projet a vu le jour lors d'une résidence d'été à l'institut supérieur des arts de Toulouse.
Nous avons fait connaissance en nous présentant au travers d'œuvres...d'autres artistes! Nos trois semaines se sont déroulées à partir de ces références 🌱
