Even in shenanigans - with a reading from the heart.

We create our own prisons through the confines of our minds. Know your power to see through illusions and break free from your self inflicted chains.

Bring justice by choosing to look outside your fearful thoughts and you will see that things aren't as bad as they seem.

Share and rejoice in all that you recieved, celebrate and show gratitude to those who have helped and supported you along the way.

This has been like such an overarching theme since last weeks accountability challenge - you don't have to walk alone, all you have to do is look up to find that helping hand.

When the novelty is gone.

Whatever purpose of these slow me down sundays have been, it feels like it's served its purpose. Whether its:

- helping people slow down
- sharing a message someone needed to hear
- leading by example
- a form of inspiration to others
- an encouragement on self reflection
- or an excuse you give yourself for a moment to breathe.

I am grateful for your presence and any gains of value. Now comes the uncomfortable part for me, accepting that voice of insecurity at the back of my head that has a need to post, forgiving myself for it and being grateful for having learnt how to let go of it for myself growth.

I am showing up as I am and following my intuition to let go of what no longer serves, choosing a peace of mind over obsession and making room for myself to carry on speaking from my heart.
