I can't remember when was the last time I read on my train ride home as I would rather listen to music or close my eyes to sleep.

I confessed I've not read the entire book even before it went to print. Reluctantly, I turned the pages. As a former IR practitioner, to my surprised, I thought this would be full of financial jargon, dry and uninteresting!

In fact, Aaron and his team from The Nutgraf have made it engaging and easy read! Anyone who is keen on the untold stories behind some of the significant corporate actions, privatisations and how defended the minority investors, should read this book.
